Job Details
Location: Romeoville, IL
Pay Rate: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
Start Date: ASAP
Inventory Analyst Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily inventory reports and variance analysis
- Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, and aging inventory
- Track finished goods inventory and maintain accurate records
- Assist with month-end inventory reporting and reconciliation
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting
Inventory Analyst Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Previous experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, or a related field preferred
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
